"Pausing was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
Pausing my box was actually super easy and didn’t take much effort at all. I just wish the communication felt a little more personal, because I kind of felt ignored throughout the process.

"Support was slow"
The box itself was fine, no real issues there, but customer support took forever to get back to me. I ended up sending another message just to get a basic answer. It wasn’t awful or anything, but there was something about it that made the whole experience kind of frustrating

"My YumeTwins box arrived looking so cute and..."
My YumeTwins box arrived looking so cute and nicely put together. The outer box was in really good shape, and everything inside was packed securely, so none of the items were bent, crushed, or tossed around. I especially loved the fun little design details and how neat it all looked when I opened it. It felt like unboxing a small gift instead of just receiving a package. Super happy with the packaging overall!

"Shipping Was a Mess"
The items were cute, but the shipping experience was ridiculous. My box showed up way later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. Like, what a joke. I was disappointed this time.

"Showed up quicker than my usual orders"
I was expecting it to take a bit longer, but my box got here really fast. Compared to a lot of stuff I’ve ordered lately, this was smoother than usual. No issues at all

"Way more variety than most cute boxes"
I’ve tried a few cute subscription boxes before, and YumeTwins feels like it has more variety than a lot of them. One box had plushies, snacks, stationery, and little home stuff, so it didn’t feel like I was just getting the same kind of item over and over.
There were a couple things I probably wouldn’t have picked out on my own, but that’s part of what makes it fun. Compared to the usual cute merch boxes everyone seems to post about, this one feels a little more surprising each time...

"Cute, cute stuff but pricey"
The stuff I got was definitely cute, like really cute, but for the price I paid, it just felt a bit overpriced. A few items were smaller than I expected or not super useful. Shipping took a while too, so overall I don’t really feel like I got great value for the money

"Straightforward billing, which I really appreciate"
I’m picky about knowing exactly what I’m paying for before I subscribe to anything, and YumeTwins met that standard for me. The price, renewal date, and shipping cost were all easy to see from the beginning. I didn’t get hit with any random extra charges later, which made me feel a lot more comfortable ordering from them.
